With over 20 years of coaching experience, Rich is extremely passionate and dedicated to developing young athletes in Niagara Region and helping them achieve their goals. Rich has been the head coach and offensive coordinator for many championship winning football teams throughout his coaching career ranging from the local minor, high school, and provincial teams. His dedication to becoming the best coach possible has seen him travel to various coaching clinics and courses all over Canada and the US.
Most recently, Rich has turned his coaching focus to Hockey and is currently involved with the Welland Minor Hockey Association. He has successfully completed all the required training as required by Hockey Canada.
A current resident of Welland, Rich has strong ties with the Region of Niagara. He is married to his beautiful and much more talented wife, Jesse Scanzano-Vujasic and they have two wonderful children together.
